days stay, Saturday 20-4 till next Saturday 27-4.
07:30-08:00 silent sitting meditation (optional)
08:00-09:30 yoga
09:30-10:00 breakfast
11:00-12:00 group teaching/sharing (outside)
time for walks, beach, meditate on rocks, shop, go to Palma etc.
16:00-18:00 each day 2 participant workshops to choose from
19:00-20:00 dinner
20:00- .… healing lounge (3 evenings)
